90's Durango - Mechanic told friend to scrap

if it were closer to me I would possibly be interested in it as a roller..... when I was done it would no longer have a 4.7 in it. I know it would take the motor, the trans and the whole wiring harness and computer but Id find a way to put a 5.9/360 in there..... just like my current 01 has under its hood.
