I'm really starting to think I don't need one of those for that much money. Its not a car I would use as a daily so that means unless I can get one cheap or a builder, it might not be worth the effort.
I would be money ahead, buying a valiant 4 door and put a slant six in it and pretend it runs on potatoes and drive the wheels off of it.
