But to answer your question, crank the torsion bars up until it's at max height, re arch the rear springs to match
 
Lower the front end an inch or two and I like it! 65'
 
I can remember early 70's....cranked up the torsion bars and added Hi-Jackers. Like the idiot kid I was, I routed the plastic air lines to the Hi-Jacker rear shocks right next to the tail pipes. I made it about a mile before they melted thru. I think that phase lasted until about 74....then we started lowering everything. Looks funny now....but in the day....we was in the hunt. As I remember....to much air would cause wheel hop like a SOB.

I actually need a stance close to this due to the roads I have to go home on every day- maybe not this extreme, but I will post a topic on it in a minute.
