I’ve surfed the site and there’s info on the crosswind intake but nobody’s posted how it’s working for them
Well yes and no I bought one ten years ago for 150I take it you're referring to this:
Small Block V8 Mopar Crosswind Intake Manifold Satin (professional-products.com)
Haven't used it myself, but general concensus is that quality is somewhat below Edelbrock's Air Gap, but overall a decent manifold for the price. Shows as out of stock, however- who knows when the next boat from China will come in.
I have used the old PP crosswind 2bbl. FI intake (don't think it's offered anymore) and it was a decent manifold also.
Comparable to the Crosswind is the Speedmaster Mid rise Air Gap clone, which I have used and was quite happy with, plus it's a bit cheaper than the Crosswind, and in stock. Too bad you just missed their Black Friday 40% off sale.

It didn't work for me. Mounting holes for LA heads were at wrong angle. Sold to member here for a loss and bought an RPM from a FABO member.I’ve surfed the site and there’s info on the crosswind intake but nobody’s posted how it’s working for them
Sorry I meant that I had bought a crosswindWell yes and no I bought one ten years ago for 150
I’m nearing completion of my project and I was hoping I got the parts to work together well I’m hoping that the
Crosswind pulls hard from 2000-6000 as that is how the rest of the car is setup
Is that because you bought a 66 and newer manifold for 65 and older heads, or the manifold was machined incorrectly?Mounting holes for LA heads were at wrong angle
No, the heads are EQ Magnum with LA manifold holes. The Edelbrock fits good. Maybe the Cosswind would have fit the 65 heads! Is that because you bought a 66 and newer manifold for 65 and older heads, or the manifold was machined incorrectly?
