Alot of times its genetics and just your body. You see pro athletes have heart attacks when young. That guy from the biggest loser, the coach had a heart attack and he is a professional health coach and trainer he is in phenomenal shape. I walk alot and do alot of physical labor at work and I work 60-72 hours a week. I have always just struggled with my weight. Even when I was young I was always chubby. When I was in high school I played sports and wrestled and lost alot of fat and got in really good shape but I was still big. I was 189 pounds at 16 in good shape by my senior year I walked around at 175 and wrestled 171. After high school did 2 years of college and straight into a factory been there ever since. Idk why but after high school I just started gaining weight and never could keep it off. I have lost weight several times thru the years but always put it back on. I figure as long as I'm not so big I can't tie my own shoe or walk im ok with where I am lol im about 245 right now I would love to get back to 200.
