I don't care what people say, I like wrapping headers in this application. Everything is so close, the upside of a wrapped header outweighs the downside. Quieter, cooler, better scavenging due to heat retention, not cooking MC, cables or starter if you go that low. I like!

I thought the same thing. I didn't wrap them all the way to the collector. Just to the junctions of where the two halfs meet. Yeah, it gets hot under there! Since these pictures, I swapped to Edelbrock Max-Fire wires that came free with the Air Gap. The boots on the plugs are much more substantial.
