Become a For A Bodies Only Gold Member Today!

Just finally became a gold member after many, many years of regular membership and received confirmation.
QUESTION:
I went to site help (think that's what it's called) to ask a question and at bottom is says (WTE) insufficient privileges to post?

Anyhow my question is, why do I no longer get "new reply" email notifications for threads I'm following? I checked my settings as well as confirming correct setting on a few individual ones I follow? What am I doing wrong?
