Ok, bringing this back. Here is a video of it cranking.
It's at his house and we can tow it to mine, to dig in further, but want to be sure first. No. 7 had zero compression, not sure if that would prevent it from starting (however I hadn't checked 2,4,6,8 yet) Of 1,3,5,7 90 was the lowest and 120 was the highest, he had spark and fuel.
He doesn't have much money, but is willing to spend up to a grand in on this or something else. I can't find anything in that price range, worth a dang.
