Your first car.
NOT my first car, but my first Mopar! It was 1986 and I found a 71 Charger RT, perfect original paint, straight, rust free, wing, 15 x 7 Rallyes, bulge hood console Auto. The seller had pulled its original good running 440 and sold it for some $$ because he could not get $1000 for the car.. Someone gave him a good running 400 for free and he dropped it in. ha
I gave the $1000 and I admit I probably had no real idea what it was worth other than the fact I gave $1000 for a 68 442 survivor the year before. Every Mopar guy at the time told me 71 Charger RTs are worthless in our hobby. Better get a 70 E body, they said, so I I hauled home a 70 318 Challenger with a trasplanted 440, running driving rust free car for $500! Might have over paid again, this is 1986 ya know.
I sold that 71 Charger RT for that $1000 to the second looker, the first guy saw a door ding and passed. A 5 year old could have pushed it out with his finger!! I wonder IF any of these types of car genuis think about such now days!?? The list is long.
