Which A833OD is This?
Bought this A833OD today with the intent of using it to replace the 3 speed manual in my 1965 Dart 273. Need help identifying which vehicle it may have come from, and also looking for a BH if anyone has one for sale.
I did some rough measurements and got the following: tail shaft = 17.5"; shifter=19"; input shaft = 26 splines; front most shifter rod = 13"; top shifter rod = 8.5"; bottom (reverse) shifter rod = 11"; front cover / bearing carrier cover diameter = 5 1/8" or 5 1/4"
BH to gearbox bolt holes spacing:
- top bolt holes = 5 1/4" apart
- bottom bolt holes = 7" apart
- top to bottom hole (rod side of transmission) = 7 7/8" apart
The tail shaft also has another shifter mounting position behind / to the rear of the transmission mounting flange.
Any ideas as to which vehicle this may have come from?
