Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well off to the Doc this morning for the annual physical. No weight loss this week, seems like its an every other week think.
I just read you reach a point where the 3500 calorie per lost pound averages 13 days for a person. Well I've been eating 1200-1400 calories a day for a month now. I do a fairly intense hour and a half tennis drill class five times a week, and a light 45 minute weight lifting twice a week.
I lost 22 pounds since Thanksgiving, and feel better than I have in years. I'm going to talk to the Doc today. I think based on what I read I'd probably do better if I upped the calorie intake a little.
Losing weight takes time. It didn't go on overnight, and it's not coming off overnight either.
Never had an issue with high weight, probably same as Hoppy. I was so skinny in HS, only bout 125. So after that I always pumped iron and ate Tuna Fish...LOL... But now, Im always between 185 and 195 for 20 years. I know that when I go to VN, I lose a few because of the diet, which is ok with me.....
