Wife and I used to make wine, we made 3 or 4 batches at a time, always let them sit for a couple of months before bottling, but since we moved it has lost it's appeal. We used to get friends involved, have taste nights, and of course bottling parties, but the friends are back in Winnipeg, so the fun part is significantly reduced. Last batch didn't even make it out of the carboy, siphoned off a bottle at a time.
