Well I just took a deposit on Grimace. Looks like he will be going out to New York. You may seem him at Carlisle with a new owner...

Kinda of a sad evening for me and the wife. Our plans are slowly becoming a reality and this was one of the biggest steps we have taken. Selling all the little stuff is nothing, but selling Grimace is really kind of heart breaking....

You have to follow your dreams.

Take it from me. My wife and I sold everything we owned and reduced our life to a few boxes, 2 cars and 2 cats and moved to Hawaii back in 1991. We had 3 months income in reserve and landed in our dream place determined to make it.

11 weeks into our reserves, we both had jobs and were living just 2 blocks from Waikiki beach on the 17th floor of a high rise building with a swiming pool on the 40th floor where we would relax after work and watch the sunset.

We lived there for over a year until after 3 progressively increasing offers from the Pharmaceutical company I had previously worked for in Philly became too much to refuse. We reluctantly came back.

I knew it was the right decision to come back and I don’t regret it...and I am equally glad I chased my dream regardless.

Point is, follow your dreams. You must try...and you will never regret the attempt.
