I have been searching the FABO site along with any place else I can think of for the right angle #10 stud connectors used on Mopar water temp, fuel, and brake warning senders. All of the ones I have found are for Gm or Fords and use a#8 stud. anyone have any ideas on a supplier? Or is it wrecking yard time with wire cutters?

Standard Ignition S-635. The temp sender is an 8-32. I don't know where you're gettin 10.

I bought the part you referring to and they are to small for the mopar sending studs. The studs on my fuel and water temp senders are the #10 size .195”. The Standard s635 are for GM and Ford sender studs #8 size .157”

Yep. Temp and fuel senders and brake warning sender/switch have extended boot on those terminals too. The problem with searching online is so many listings don't state what size stud they fit in the description.
The a-body rallye panel has a noise capacitor attached to that fuel gauge using 1 of these #10 terminals on a 10-32 stud, but without the extra boot. When I needed the terminals for a project I found a member who had several of those capacitors and bought them for the terminal. Not quite 3 inches of wire and it didn't look like copper. I think it might be steel.

Thanks Redfish, that’s the type I am after. Planning to call the local Dodge dealer see what they have. Here’s some pictures of what I am looking for.

I remember searching for a couple hours Online looking for them. The number 10 terminals make it difficult. This may be a part for us all to save when guys part these cars out.

I agree. I tried to use the Gm one made by Standard after forcing it to accept the bigger stud and just won’t keep a good connection with the fuel sending unit.

The top one looks similar to the safety switch and/or

the fuel sender connector on my '67's original harness.

For the fuel sender connector as a pigtail the p/n looks to be 2230985 (from the parts book).

If one wanted to one could use an OEM connector and make a silicon mold, buy the correct connector and mold it right on to the end of the the oem wire. I bet that rubber stuff advertised on tv would work.

Thanks for everyone’s input. I am going to just make a stop at a Pick-n-Pull wrecker next time I am in Tacoma and take care of my miscellaneous parts wishlist.
