lord help me, but just out of curiosity, what is wrong with returning broken or inoperable parts to the parts store. It is about impossible with Rockauto, and in my experience, allot of the Chinese or foreign manufactured parts are sub par, with failures about as high as 1 in 5 parts you buy. I have bought shocks that were no good, returned items re-shelved instead of returned to the manufacturer, etc.
What is wrong with legitimately returning crap parts?
