Will the modern Mopar vehicles' manual transmissions bolt up to LA engines?

I understand the firewall, transmission tunnels, and subframe do not allow for the longer, late-model 6 speeds, but can one use a late-model challenger/charger/viper manual transmission with an LA engine without wiring? Do they all use Hydraulic clutches? thank you!

Bellhousing pattern is the same for Gen3 hemi and LA and Magnum with one exception. The Gen3 hemi lacks the very top bolt hole.Other than that, it's a bolt on swap.I am pretty sure they all use hydraulic clutches.
