Well, I'm losin weight. December first I weighed 287. I quit drinkin cokes and juices and milk and started drinking only water and black coffee. Although we didn't start the Whole30 until January 2nd, I got a jump on it. As of this morning, I am down to 266. And the thing is, it's a very easy diet.....I hate to call it that, they don't call it that. It's a different way to eat. Really high protein, very low carbs, except for vegetables and we can have all of those. Whatever meat we want. Any fruits. But no dairy, no bread and no sugar. Look it up. The Whole30. If you need to lose some weight, it might be for you. It seems to be working for us. It's a little different than a straight Keto diet, as it's much more nutritious. You can have all the carbs from vegetables you want. Under the vegetable list it has taters-ALL, which really surprised me. I love me some eggs for breakfast and they're on the have list too. It's a very unique plan.
