LA 360 Engine refresh?

Considering, I have all my parts and ducks in a row. Seems plenty to me, but I imagine I’ll get caught up on a few things. It depends on how much time you have free to work on it, tools, etc. I think the simplest you keep it the better. If I may interject some advice, keep the engine together as much as possible unless there is something wrong. Fix the leaks and any other easy low hanging fruit. If I may ask, why do you want to replace the timing chain? Have you done a compression test?
