I know you did not ask, but: When the engine is running, you should just see the gas sloshing at the bottom of the bowl sight glass(es). That's how you adjust the float level on a "Holley". If they are too high (as it appears in one of your pics) it will be pig-rich almost all of the time.

Yes its been running a little rich. I just watched the videos that holley puts out and read the directions for the brawler and it said factory float level you should have 1/2 of the sight plug filled. When running it seems like both sight plugs are about 1/3 filled. The car doesn't start nearly as quickly or as easily as it did with the edelbrock, but I probably have a bit more fine tuning to do on the brawler.
