As for spark plugs, avoid Platinum like a COVID party. Platinum has some awesome characteristics; none of which make for a good spark plug. Iridium plugs are fairly decent. Both Platinum & Iridium were created to meet EPA-mandated 120k mile tune-up schedules. I have found Pulstar Plugs to be awesome. I discovered them in their 1st generation (1G) incarnation back in 2008. Since then they dabbled with Platinum & Iridium (2G). Currently, they have found a way to combine the awesome spark potential of their 1G with the durability of their 2G plugs for the 3G version. I have 3G Pulstars in my Jeep GC. Generically speaking, a good NGK standard plug with a powerful coil will get you an effective spark.
