Nope never had. I know a lot of people winter there. He rents a condo for 4500 a month. They've been going for years, and says its cheaper to rent than buy in California. I think I could find a nice place a little cheaper than 4500. Cheryl says we're going to go somewhere the winter she retires...whenever that happens.
My nephew lives there. He works for prime focus,does computer imaging/special effects. Worked on avatar,swordfish and a few more i cant remember. Developed technology to convert 2D movies into 3D.
