Carbon fiber steering column build.

I’m rebuilding the car and doing what I can to customize it and make it faster. I built this column. Here is the bottom mount.



then I made the upper mount.







I used 1.5” OD x 1.25” ID. I had to home out the ends for the bearing.



I started the hole with my step bit. Once I had the whole started I used a forstner bit to finish it.
