You may get lucky posting a wanted ad for some. I’ve seen full rear rails on here for 1/2 the price of a set from AMD. I’m in the market for some full rears myself, but just haven’t pulled the trigger yet. For the prices I’ve seen them go for, it might be as cheap to swap out some nice used ones and not have to worry about splicing two parts together.

try Sherman, they often have stuff like that for collision repair like if you get rear ended.
AMD sells complete rear frame rails for about $300
