that picture looks like me yesterday, i came back from a few hours of plowing and went to plug in the snow covered cord of the plug heater
luckily, it only runs on 110 so it was just a little buzz
(im gonna replace that dangler with one of these, mounted in the bumper, to keep the snow out)
