I am not going to mention names but the heads flow a maximum of 287 cfm but do very good at the low lift numbers. The cam is a howards grind designed by B3 engineering to my requirements. I am 63 years old and do not like a car that is a pig to drive so I told Mike at B3 to design me a cam that made good power for my combination but was well behaved. It has a 112 lobe separation that really calms it down. The old Hughes grind , 234 / 238 on a 110 sep was okay but this one seems to operate much milder but now revs cleanly to 6500 but the older combination was all done by just before 6000. The dyno shows it has a little less torque but it does not feel that way on the road. By the way these are all roller hyd cams.Valve lift is 580 with 1.5 ratio rockers but I have 1.6 ratio that makes lift 610 or thereabouts.
