It isn’t up to Joe...it’s up to Congress. And we all know what a can of worms that is...
I deal with FDA and DEA on a regular basis for CBD and THC and until Congress makes a firm law regarding legalizing weed, it will remain a complete cluster f*ck for business development around it. Further, once FDA approves a Pharmaceutical drug using an active ingredient in weed, no one can legally put it in anything else even calling it a supplement. Just like you can’t put Viagra in Cheerios and call it a supplement.
The regulatory landscape is a complete nightmare.
