71 Demon hood scoop trim - underneath painted?

My bone stock '70 Swinger 340 scoops are painted body color ( B5 blue in my case) On the bottom. If your car has the factory blackout hood treatment, I don't know what's correct. If there are any doubters I'll go take some photos tomorrow. Paul.
