not worried about this really very rarely this happens in my state, insurance has to prove it was intentional which is a very very difficult thing to prove something with no evidence of intention. I doubt they will ever know what really happened to prove anything other then he drank and drove and damaged my property. I am more worried his insurance is gonna cap out and only give me a portion of the value of my car, then ill have to fill out a report with the DA for restitution which could take years to get my money out of them. if they try not to pay me what I am owed legally that is when I tag in my wife the Microsoft corporate Attorney, they kinda relie on people not wanting to pay for legal battles which me and my wife have nothing but time.
