As many of you know, Norm Kraus, well known as "Mr. Norm" has passed away. I worked with him for nearly 30 years and had the privilege of creating many memorable Mopars with him. He was a wonderful mentor, and most of all, my friend. I will miss him, but he will live on with those of us who knew him personally or simply know of him and his accomplishments. This photo is an example of how I want to remember Norm, sweeping rosin at Lions Dragstrip just before Gary Dyer put down an incredible 8.63 e.t. and set the funny car record. Norm was a tireless competitor, and reveled in the challenge of winning at the track on the weekends and selling high performance Mopars at Grand Spaulding Dodge during the week. He was an inspiration to all who knew him and he enjoyed seeing everyone at shows and events. He will forever be remembered as the consummate showman, businessman and most of all enthusiast who celebrated all things Mopar.

Here is a picture of a friend of mine who comes to the car shows all the time. He's now in his early 20's and is autistic but he owns a 67 GTX 440 727. He and his dad built it together.
His name is Eric and there's not too much this guy doesn't know about Mopars. He's pretty knowledgeable but a great friendly guy.

I worked with him for the last 15 years, it will be a different year this year for sure. RIP Mr. Norm...
