Depends on how it was finished....IMO. Hard smooth, or smooth, or..............
Craigs floor is unused, but I believe well past the cure time needed. A quick acid rinse should give plenty of adhesion. When we did the maintenance shop floors at my one site, they were old and oil soaked. Beyond where even etching would help. First did multiple rounds of degreaser. Then had a contractor sand it with a diamond grit disk. I think we still acid washed it before epoxy.
