I've lost 45 lbs now and finally saw my Dr. she said it's great I'm losing weight but she wants me to bring the calorie count up to 1200 per day.
I've been doing 800 to 1000 per day, how many calories are you guys doing per day?
My daily intake is about 2200 calories and my daily burn rate is about 2500 calories these days.
From the beginning, I have worked to maintain a 300 calorie daily deficit and lose 2.5 lbs per month. My approach is to go slow and steady to allow my body to adapt and not fight back by slowing my metabolism.
