1969 Dodge Dart Swinger clean up

I believe it held all wiring up that side of engine. Alt, coolant temp, vac line, our 67 273 commando has the same clip. Hard to see amongst the mess.

I read somewhere it was to protect the wiring harness from the exhaust crossover and choke well on the passenger side.
