Need a few suggestions....Plugs? Oil? Trans Fluid?

Working on my Demon, about to be ready to drop in engine/trans.
Looking for what spark plugs, oil, and trans fluid to use.
I know this is a lot, but I might as well throw it all in one thread.
‘72 Demon all steel....owned it since I was 15 (1983) glass hood, stock interior.
360, .30 over 4.125 stroke crank (420 cubes)
Eddy heads, Hughes stage 2 porting, super victor gasket matched, 820 Holley.
10.5:1 Comp. Bullet hyd roller cam .249/257 @ .050 .573 lift.
904 trans, rev. valve body, PTC 3800-4000 rpm stall converter.
4.30 gear, 275/60-15 Drag radial.
When I raced the car years ago, it ran 12.20’s with hydraulic cam, and a B&M Super Holeshot converter, and 9x28 slicks.
Technology has come a long way with Cams, converters etc....
That’s why I’m asking you guys here that are “In the know” and up to date with everything.
Mainly what spark plug is good, oil and trans fluid.
Is the synthetic good?
I know this is a bit long, I sure do appreciate the help all!

Wally.

I already know I love that converter.

At that CR on pump gas I’d start with a Champion RC12YC or equivalent and tune from there.

I always run 100% synthetic in everything. What I pay per quart of oil tips some guys over, but I’ve tested enough oil to know it’s not worth screwing around with cheap oil.
