Halifax takes and drills an 1/8" hole in his thermostat that lets the air out of the lower block and heads. Says he does that to all of his thermostats so they don't airlock to start with.

Hmm I may have to try that. I hate to break the seal on that thermostat housing tho. That was one of the few things that didn't leak haha
