For 40 years I've had droopy eye lids. In the past few years they've gotten worse and were affecting my vision, especially when I was tired, or driving after dark. I was in for my eye exam at the VA a few weeks ago, and was asked if I wanted to get it fixed. Basically they go in right above your eyebrow make a couple incisions and cut out the excess skin, pull it snug, and sew it back together. About 40-50 stiches above each eye. It took off the excess skin including the wrinkles on my forehead. I could see a lot better right away.
