Hasn't been a bad really. It did reach 9 but felt like 4 degrees. We went out shopping this morning but wow has it ever got windy out there right now. The trees are bending and is now overcast.
House across the road has just gone up for sale. 699,000 but will go into the 7's for sure because of a price war. I'm thinking 775,000 and I hope it does LOL. Lots or people moving out of Toronto where real estate has gone totally nuts. For example... A garage situated on a 20ft lot just sold for 720,000. This is no exaggeration
