Looks Good!! Only thing that may be a problem is the height of the bolt heads attaching the brackets. I used a much lower profile bolt but you won't really know until you test fit it to make sure the radio head goes flush with the bezel. I think you got it though!!
Yes I cut the slots on the side brackets out more it will allow the radio to slide farther forward than shown. These are the flattest bolt heads I could find.
