1968 Dart 270. Fiberglass front fenders and glass Hemi hood. Frame connectors, rear springs moved inside frame rails, tub'ed for 325/40 22's, 8 3/4 clutch SG 3.91 in a narrowed Dodge Van housing. Rear fenderwells stretched forward 2 inches. Caltrac's. 727 lockup with a 3200 stall.
Like I said, when launched with 'Line-Lock' on the converter, the steering gets very very light.
Built as cheap as we could. All things like the frame connectors, torque plates and spring mounts were home made and plasma cut.
You can make 400+ HP with a teen. Even with iron heads and Hyd cam.
