Anyone put a Grant Classic steering wheel into an early A ?

Grant has installation kits for all the wheels they make. You just need the right one. I put a Mooneyes red metalflake wheel in my 64 and used a Grant installation kit. I had to make a spacer for the adapter so the wheel cup wouldn't hit the steering column. I just cut the end of a cheap socket off the proper width and used it. Worked well. You could possibly have to do something similar.
