SVE Mustang Anniversary Wheel Kit - 17x9/10 - Anthracite (94-04)
I like those wheels. Looked at them myself.
You will need to post what front suspension setup you are running as well as what rear axle. Need more info than just what spring relocation kit you have or are willing to run.
Here is a huge thread on 17" wheels, might be useful -

The biggest issue you will run into on the front is the tie rod end. The wheels I run are 17x8 with a +30mm offset which has less backspacing than the wheels you are looking at, and seem to be a safe wheel with low numbers of people hitting the tie rod end. But the number who have issues goes up pretty fast when you move up in backspacing. I know of one other guy who ran a 17x9 with +24mm offset and didn't say anything about having an issue but there is no way to be sure without buying them and see.
There is also the issue of the wheel hitting the upper balljoint or, with large BS or camber, the upper control arm when at full lock and droop.
Best suggestion is see if you can buy or borrow a cheap wheel with the same spec's and try it.
Worse case you could buy the wheels and accept that you might have to make other changes to make them work.
