Good point on the question about having the big bolt pattern.
To be clear, 114.3mm is exactly 4.5", so they are an exact match and technically not metric.
Which does bring up another issue, the hub most likely will not fit through the center bore of the wheel requiring either the hub/rotor to be turned down or the the wheel opened up to fit.
