Wiper park position

Thats different from the off set motor. There isn't a positive stop in any of them. I can loosen 3 small screws and change the switch position by rotating the plate that switch is mounted on. For yours, I can only suggest Feck the spec. Lessen the switch gap so the motor runs a split second longer. We dont know exactly how much run on after the switch opened there was when everything was new. Binding in your wiper pivots may be preventing that original split second run on.

Hello redfish.... the gap I referred two is to the ground contact to shunt the windings and stop the motor. Park contact is normally closed so the only way to adjust timing would be to bend it away from the cam (little hump). I tried that with no luck. I did get it to work by grinding out the cam and fabricating a new one and relocating it on the gear. Works perfectly, but not very satisfying because I never did find out how it was designed to work from the factory.

Thanks for your help.
