Check with American National. There are agents in Indy. My collector car and house insurance is through them and I get a refund every year if there is no claim. The refund is bigger than my car insurance premium so it's free.

early on in the on line application form is the question "Will the vehicle be used in Racing events?"
I checked the Yes box as I do intend to run the car in some drag racing events as well a try Autocross, the response on the form was 'with Racing involved the vehicle is not eligible for American National Insurance'.
A pop up box opened and said to call 1 800 CAR BUFF, I did that and got an agent at American National who person to person told me 'with racing involved the car is not eligible for American National Insurance'.
