Yeah, I was about to say the same thing. I'm thinking that the whole thing is photoshopped. What say you, Ddaddy?
Needs the wide drive belts, looks like a plastic imitation without them.

Apparently it belongs to someone in the Vegas area, it's has been on Counting Cars at least once. Whether those blowers are functional or not, who knows, I believe that the owner claimed that they are. I am doubtful though.

Oh, he mentioned that
Both engines have a cog on it, and are connected by a belt to a jackshaft
The jackshaft has the torque converter on it and you know how it goes from there
