Ya' want something REALLY GOOD? What local delicacies do you like in your area?

From back when I was in L.A., a place called Arturo's Puffy Tacos. It's in Whittier. The ground beef version is by far the best and to die for. I managed to scrounge a recipe for this stuff and it's spot on. Up my way, it's dungeness crab cakes, often from crabs only hours out of the water. Hot, crispy, and washed down with cold beer. Good stuff!

I'll be trying the potato balls for sure, they look great.
