Well, I figured that as long as I was doing a Beach Patrol image...might as well do a Sky Patrol image too...

There is a computer program called Blender that works to do some things like that, but a person really has to know what they are doing with it.
Helps to have an artistic background too.

Yeah, with all these types of programs, they are only as good as the person using the tools. Photoshop is the same way. It can do things...but what it is used for and makes is up to the user (artist) to determine.
A welding machine just welds...a person creates things by welding. The machine is just a tool.
