Thoughts on this barracuda????

I know this is an A body forum.... but would love some imput on this one. To me it looks like it needs a full restoration but the engine is not frozen. 440 4 barrel ... 1970.... thoughts on a fair price in this sorta shape?‽? Thanks in advance! It does have some rusty spots.... but can be fixed. Nothing super terrible....
