Thoughts on this barracuda????

It's a 70 Cuda it will cost you the same amount to restore it as a 72-74 ONLY it will be worth more when finished. If you can't do most of the work yourself I'd still buy it , get it running at least and make a few dollars on it. If you intend on keeping it plan on lot's of money and time and you'll have a 70 Cuda when it's done. It's a cool car I've watched a lot of ROADKILL recently and the burnt 68 fastback Cuda was pretty cool when done and they can beat the piss out of it and not hurt the value. A mean assed big block , 5 speed , dana and 10 cans of flat black paint THAT THING WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!
