Yeah, the Aussies love their more-doors! And the fact that they all seem to be just a little bit crazy, and unafraid to do something different than what we in the U.S. consider "normal" results in cool stuff like this.

I LIKEY! tail lights remind me of 68 Plymouth b-body. I had bought a 69 Dart roller to use as a donor floor pan/firewall/front stub to convert a wagon to left hand drive...BUT...never got a body from Australia to start. It would have been one-of-one. Oh well, dreaming is cheaper! Thanks for the article!

Great minds think alike- always wanted to build a "ghost car" GTS Safari wagon or Wayfarer ute. Tough to find a willing go-between in OZ, though; so like you it'll probably just stay a dream.
Never could understand why they didn't build them in the US.
