I apologize. It was poorly worded. But how does a buyer really KNOW if the builder knew what he was doing, let alone all the parts claimed installed are in fact installed? The pan can be dropped, but to see much more would take extensive disassembly to confirm most of the builder/seller claims.
No question, the parts list shown is extensive and very expensive. But, again, it's a big unknown for the potential buyer.
